CAPE was established by two Edmonton women, who care deeply about supporting other women. Bound together by a passion for supporting health and wellness within our community, CAPE was founded to support women facing barriers to healthcare, to connect to their Primary Care Network, and be informed about the options and opportunities available to themselves.

CAPE is a women-only healthcare opportunity that explores conversations around family planning, while supporting you to make informed decisions about your health and your body.

We provide FREE IUD insertions for any woman who does not have the funding or financial resources to afford one. We also provide free IUD removal. You do not need to have a copy of your Alberta Health Care card with you, nor do you need to have a mailing address.

If you'd like to become one of our supporters, Canadian dollar donations can be accepted through our Foundation PayPal account. In all cases a Tax Receipt will be issued to any individual who donates a minimum of $20 and provides their complete name and mailing address.
